Welcome to Wedifys! These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Wedifys platform and services. By accessing or using the Wedifys platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Wedifys Privacy Policy.

Definitions

"Wedifys" refers to Wedifys, the company providing the Wedifys platform.
"Wedifys Services" refers to the services provided by Wedifys, including the Wedifys website, mobile applications, and any other features or content offered by Wedifys.
"User" refers to both customers and vendors who use the Wedifys Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Wedifys Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please discontinue using the Wedifys platform immediately.

Modification of Agreement

Wedifys reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Wedifys Services after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Eligibility

The use of the Wedifys Services is void where prohibited. By using the Wedifys platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by this Agreement. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

User and Wedifys Content

Wedifys does not claim ownership of the content you upload, submit, or embed on the Wedifys platform, except for content created in collaboration with the Wedifys team. You retain ownership of your content, and you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to publish such content.

By posting or submitting content on the Wedifys platform, you grant Wedifys a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, modify, and distribute your content through any media now known or developed in the future. Wedifys may use your content for promotional purposes, with proper attribution to the creator.

Wedifys reserves the right to remove any user content that violates this Agreement, is inappropriate, or infringes upon the rights of others. Wedifys takes no responsibility for protecting the content and cannot guarantee its security from copying or infringement.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Wedifys platform contains content owned by Wedifys and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Wedifys content for personal use only. You agree not to copy, modify, publish, distribute, or sell any Wedifys content without prior written consent.

The Wedifys platform may also contain content from third-party users or licensors. You are not allowed to copy, modify, publish, distribute, or sell any third-party content without permission.

Prohibited Content and Activity

You are prohibited from uploading, submitting, or engaging in any activity that is inappropriate or violates applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that harasses, exploits, or advocates harm to others.
• Content that contains nudity, violence, offensive language, or links to adult websites.
• Content that promotes false information, illegal activities, or copyright infringement.
• Engaging in criminal or tortious activities, such as fraud, spamming, or stalking.
• Impersonating another user or using another user's account without permission.
• Selling or transferring your profile without Wedifys' permission.
• Using the Wedifys platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations.

Copyright Policy

Respect for copyright and intellectual property rights is essential on the Wedifys platform. Wedifys respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed upon, please notify Wedifys by providing the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing material on the Wedifys platform.
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Wedifys will promptly investigate any valid copyright infringement claims and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

Privacy

Wedifys respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Wedifys platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

Wedifys may terminate your access to the Wedifys Services at any time for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

Limitation of Liability

Wedifys and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Wedifys Services or any content accessed through the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wedifys operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration authority.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wedifys regarding the Wedifys Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using the Wedifys platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
